I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and general areas. The beautiful floral patterns and cozy seating areas made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and elevators available to easily navigate around the premises.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could speak some more English. It would have made communication easier and more enjoyable for us senior guests.

With four swimming pools and multiple dining options, including a patisserie and ice cream and juice bar, there was never a dull moment. the family-friendly environment felt safe and welcoming. Our family suite, which could accommodate up to five people, was spacious and comfortable. the beautiful and clean beach was easily accessible either by a short walk or a convenient shuttle bus. there were buses nearby to visit nearby attractions such as the Side antique area.

I spent my New Year at a hotel, and I must say the facilities were impressive. the swimming pool inside and outside were on point, and the food didn't disappoint. the hotel's location was also great and easily accessible to nearby attractions. the daily cleaning service was exceptional.

The language barrier was a big issue, and it didn't make communication with staff comfortable. Too much pressure from pushy staff who made constant sales pitches and tried to sell unnecessary products.
